HOW TO APPLY FOR A DOCTORATE AMU

Registration procedure:

STEP 1 : Doctoral School pedagogical registration below

STEP 2 : Administrative registration Scolarity at the bottom of the page

ATTENTION:

• at the start of the 2023 academic year, each re-enrolment must be accompanied by a CSI report showing a favourable opinion for re-enrolment in year Y.
• registration for 2nd year of thesis: please complete the 2 compulsory Ethics and Integrity courses

Registration for 2nd and 3rd year doctoral students - ADUM

2024-2025: ADUM waiting

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 30, 2024

Once you have entered and added the supporting documents, your file will automatically be sent to your Thesis Director, Unit Director and Doctoral School for validation.

Your application will then be examined by the SCOLARITE department to finalise your enrolment and pay the enrolment fees.

PLEASE WAIT a few days before contacting them DIRECTLY and paying the registration fee on your student ENT.

Registration in 4th year - ADUM

Justification : Addition of a letter co-signed by the thesis director justifying the registration, specifying the financing and advancing the date of the thesis defense.

ATTENTION: at the start of the 2023 academic year, each re-enrolment must be accompanied by a CSI report showing a favourable opinion for re-enrolment in 4th years.

Registration in 5th year and more - ADUM

2023-2024: registration via ADUM + add the following file (1 single PDF file):

• Progress of work
• Letter justifying registration, specifying the reasons, funding and planned date of thesis defence.
• CSI report MUST be completed within the year.
• Co-supervised doctoral students: attach supplementary agreements for additional years.

Administrative registration procedures for PhDs - SCOLARITY

Administrative registration with the schools to which the laboratories are attached:
