You must hold a degree that allows you to start your thesis, have dedicated funding for the three years, an HDR supervisor attached to ED62 and a host laboratory.

It is useless to register on ADUM without having gathered - funding, - thesis direction and - host laboratory. Incomplete registrations will be deleted.

1 - Pedagogical registrations in Doctorate - ADUM

This is a dematerialized registration.

Once you have entered and added the supporting documents, your file will automatically be sent to your Thesis Director, Unit Director and Doctoral School for validation.

It will then be transferred to the SCOLARITE service to finalise your administrative registration.

• For students already at AMU: PLEASE WAIT a few days before paying the registration fees DIRECTLY on your student ENT account and then make an appointment to collect the school certificate and update your student card.
• For new students who do not have a Digital Workspace (ENT): please contact the schooling service directly (see bottom of page)

It is useless to register on ADUM without having gathered - funding, - thesis direction and - host laboratory. Any incomplete form will be deleted.

INFORMATIONS :

The specialty you choose will be the one indicated on your diploma.

As soon as you register in ADUM you will be able to :

• Take advantage of professional integration services (job offers, publication of CVs etc),
• Whether or not to display your profile on the Internet ("personal account" > "display configuration"),
• Participate in the development of the network of students and alumni of your doctoral school ,
• Be informed by email of all the events organized for you,
• Register for the training modules set up by the doctoral schools,
• Check out the upcoming thesis defenses.

Doctoral student with a foreign degree or any other degree

Your country is not part of the Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region.

Your thesis entry diploma must be approved by the University Research Commission BEFORE you register administratively.
